• Once work has commenced, the order becomes non-refundable.
• Work is considered commenced when research, sketching, drafting, designing, or any preparation for the custom artwork has begun.

Refunds

• Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are not available once work has commenced.
• Refunds are not available after sketches, drafts, previews, revisions, or final artwork have been delivered.
• Change of mind is not eligible for a refund once work has commenced.

Revisions

• Reasonable revisions may be provided to ensure the design matches the original request.
